Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations across a multi-location healthcare network.

• Manage and mentor an experienced AP team promoting performance growth and accountability.

• Review and reconcile vendor accounts; resolve discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and issue resolution.

• Continuously evaluate and improve AP workflows and systems to increase scalability and efficiency.

• Manage AP-related month-end close activities including accruals and general ledger reconciliations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Procurement and Operations teams on strategic initiatives.

• Support audits process automation projects and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE NURSING HOME/LONG TERM CARE EXPIERENCE

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable or financial operations.

• At least 2 years in a leadership supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Proficiency in RHS Visual EMR is required.

• Strong grasp of AP best practices process controls and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume fast-paced environments.

• Prior experience in long-term care nursing homes or healthcare finance is strongly preferred.
