Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Office Coordinator to support our U.S. office in Wood Dale this role you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities planning exhibitions handling office communication with our headquarters in the Netherlands and supporting daily office operations. This is a dynamic position for someone eager to learn highly organized and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-office environment.

Tasks

  • Coordinate and support marketing activities including social media newsletters and campaigns.
  • Plan and organize exhibitions and trade shows including logistics communication with vendors and on-site support.
  • Maintain professional email communication with headquarters in the Netherlands.
  • Perform basic website updates and adjustments (Webflow).
  • Provide office support including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks.
  • Support coordination with suppliers customers and partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred but not required with strong relevant experience).
  • 24 years of experience in sales support marketing coordination or office management.
  • Experience with organizing trade shows or exhibitions is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with B2B environments (industrial transport or manufacturing sectors preferred).
  • Ability to effectively coordinate between headquarters suppliers and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn Canva Webflow).

Nice-to-haves:

  • Fluency in Spanish or another European language.
  • Graphic design basics (e.g. Canva Photoshop Illustrator).
