Description:
We are seeking a Qualtrics Tech Lead to oversee the design development and management of our Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform. This role will focus on driving technical implementations ensuring platform scalability and leading a team to deliver data-driven insights that enhance customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and governance of the Qualtrics platform.
- Translate business requirements into advanced survey workflow and dashboard solutions.
- Oversee integration of Qualtrics with enterprise systems (CRM HRIS BI tools).
- Develop best practices standards and optimization strategies for platform usage.
- Provide mentorship guidance and technical leadership to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy compliance and actionable reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics design automation and integrations.
- Proficiency in survey logic API usage and workflows.
- Experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
