About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities handling inquiries and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Manage front desk operations including visitor logs and scheduling.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide administrative support such as filing document preparation and scheduling meetings.

Assist with coordinating office supplies and inventory.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at the front desk.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist front desk or administrative support role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
