About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities handling inquiries and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

  • Manage front desk operations including visitor logs and scheduling.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Provide administrative support such as filing document preparation and scheduling meetings.

  • Assist with coordinating office supplies and inventory.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at the front desk.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist front desk or administrative support role preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
