In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate with a cross functional team in your production area to ensure machine workload is balanced and appropriately distributed to maximize efficiency and output
- Communicate daily in production meetings with purchasing tooling quality and operations staff to adjust schedules and accommodate changes in machine material availability or staffing
- Responsible for releasing daily work and making in-day adjustments to re-prioritize the production plan when challenges arise
- Monitor the performance indicators of the planning area specifically production schedule adherence to achieve the established goals
- Generate reports for monitoring critical production progress
- Participate in annual inventory
- Provide recommendations on inventory strategies that will support opportunities and fluctuations in model/mix by product line

For This Role You Will Need:
- 2 years of production coordinating experience and balancing/assigning workload in a machining manufacturing environment
- 2 years experience collaborating and communicating with multiple functional areas in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Experience in ERP systems manufacturing systems and planning systems.
- Strong data analysis problem solving and reporting skills utilizing Excel Outlook databases queries
- Proven track record of successfully managing shifting deadlines and priorities
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 1 years of experience with Oracle ERP
- Familiar with a lean manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English/Spanish
