Work Schedule: Full-time 4x10 (Mon Thurs); A Shift: 6 AM 4:30 PM B Shift: 4 PM 2 AM (starts training on A Shift); shift times may vary by 1 hour.

Summary:
-
Develop implement and maintain manufacturing plans BOMs and work instructions.
-
Assist in the integration of suppliers processes materials data and technology to meet production and delivery requirements.
-
Review supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
-
Identify tooling needs initiate tooling orders and assist in tooling disposition activities.
-
Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to process quality or design.
-
Support reproducibility assessments for part or product designs.
-
Contribute input to improve design manufacturing processes and technologies for cost and schedule optimization.
-
Develop work statements and sequence of events to support production schedules.
-
Review maintain and monitor internal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
-
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
-
Typically requires an Associate degree and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelors 1 year or 5 years of direct experience).

Level 3: 4 years of related experience or equivalent technical education and experience.
-
4 years of experience in manufacturing planning and production support.
-
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
-
Experience reading interpreting and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes work instructions and engineering drawings.
-
Strong problem-solving communication and project management skills.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Associate degree in a STEM-related field.
-
Experience in Model-Based Design and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
-
Experience using MESci or similar manufacturing systems.
-
Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems (e.g. CompassContract).
-
Experience in Windchill or similar engineering data management systems.
-
Strong collaboration and communication abilities with the skill to present technical concepts effectively to various audiences.
