About the Opportunity
You will play a key part in driving a strong safety culture across our operations. Youll work closely with the EHS Manager to support operational teams in embedding safe work practices meeting compliance requirements and delivering on broader EHS objectives. By providing proactive coaching hands-on guidance and strategic support youll help ensure consistency accountability and continuous improvement across all sites. With a strong presence in the field you will influence frontline leaders foster ownership and contribute to building a workplace where safety and compliance are at the core of everything we do.
Responsibilities
About you
You are a safety professional with a tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety (or a related discipline) and proven experience in EHS advisory or support roles within industrial mining manufacturing or service environments. Skilled at engaging and influencing frontline teams you bring the ability to coach leaders and employees in safe work practices risk management and compliance. With strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset you work effectively with EHS Managers and operational leaders to drive cultural and procedural improvements. Comfortable working across diverse environmentsfrom workshops and logistics centers to customer and mine sitesyou are proactive adaptable and committed to fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement
