Overview

This position is responsible forsourcing and recruiting qualified candidatesto fill current and future vacancies across our specialty & acute infusion business. The recruiter plays a key role in supporting and building relationships withregional leadership internal business partners current employees and external jobseekers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full workload of open requisitions fromintake through offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain apipeline of diverse qualified talent
  • Perform candidate searches usingadvanced sourcing and identification methods
  • Promote and advance theCompanys employer brandto effectively engage candidates
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders throughefficient recruitment processes and tools
  • Support hiring needs fornew business opportunitiesand expansions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience inhealthcare recruiting ideally withininfusion pharmacy and healthcare sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Daily duties include facilitating the full cycle recruiting process: posting job advertisements; sourcing talent interviewing screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; job offer development and negotiations; conducting employment and reference checks; and various other recruiting activities.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal business partners internal employees applying for positions and external candidates.
  • Monitor recruiting-related data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) track metrics and respond to data inquiries with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain sourcing and referral network with operations and external resources.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of recruitment activities.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and customer focus.
  • Provide consultative problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs.
  • Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions.
  • Utilize established digital talent communities to develop talent pipeline.
  • Leverage social media to promote job postings and proactively source candidates.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking system candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 Years of private sector recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
  • Travel 0-25%
