We are hiring a high-performing Regional Sales Director Banking & Financial Services for one of our top insurance and technology partners in Dallas TX. This is a pure Hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and driving revenue through software services and technology solutions within the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify prospect and acquire new banking and financial institution clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using industry networks targeted outreach and cold prospecting
- Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence across Texas
Solution Selling
- Engage with banking and financial services clients to understand their challenges and goals
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored software and technology solutions
- Present and position digital transformation fintech and AI-driven solutions
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets of USD 3.5M 4M
- Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams for successful solution delivery
Industry Expertise & Relationship Building
- Stay up to date with banking trends regulations and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and C-suite decision makers
- Represent the brand at industry events forums and conferences
Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns and sales enablement initiatives
- Report performance market intelligence and feedback to leadership
Must-Have Requirements
- 10 years of experience in technology sales and business development
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience selling into the Banking / FinTech domain
- Proven Hunter profile with strong new logo acquisition experience (not a farming role)
- Consistent track record of handling annual sales quotas of USD 3.5M 4M
- Strong knowledge of the Texas market and territory
- Proven job stability and long-term role commitments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience selling software services digital transformation solutions or AI/analytics products
- Strong understanding of banking challenges compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in consultative solution-based and value-driven sales approaches
