Job Description
Salary will be $58000 (plus insurance and time off benefits)
This is a hybrid position facilitating groups in person throughout Hillsborough County.
Easterseals Florida is seeking a dynamic organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Support Specialist position in Tampa for our Incredible Years program. The Incredible Years program supports families with children from birth to 8 years old helping them build strong foundations through group and in-home therapy sessions focused on child development strategies.
What Youll Do:
- Facilitate group and in-home sessions for parents/guardians and children
- Coordinate with community agencies and foster collaboration
- Promote the program through outreach and marketing efforts
- Represent the organization at community events fairs and school functions
- Create a welcoming and supportive group environment
- Encourage constructive group interaction and maintain focus on key issues
- Uphold the mission and philosophy of the program
- Ensure compliance with grant deliverables and reporting requirements
What You Bring:
- Masters Degree in social work psychology early education or related field
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a related role
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken written and read)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Energetic professional and team-oriented mindset
- Must meet approved driver requirements (travel required)
