Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to be responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe and efficient manner. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. A successful Maintenance Mechanic will support organizational efficiency while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance on production packaging processing equipment and utility systems.
Read analyze and interpret technical procedures service manuals and work orders.
Use a variety of hand tools power tools and handling equipment to complete tasks.
Follow all required safety practices including lock-out/tag-out procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.

Skills & Experience

Ability to interpret blueprints specifications and technical standards.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify materials.
Must be able to lift 2550 lbs. regularly.
Must be able to pass a Hazmat exam.
