Summary:
-
Carry out tasks assigned by the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor efficiently and safely.
-
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure required materials are available.
-
Open work orders and prepare maintenance books as needed.
-
Perform inspections maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.
-
Provide inspection support as authorized by the Chief Inspector.
-
Ensure aircraft are maintained in compliance with OEM and customer manuals.
-
Maintain shop facilities equipment and tooling to support operations.
-
Exercise sound judgment in a team environment and uphold strict safety standards.
Requirements:
-
A&P troubleshooting Part 145 or Part 135; experience with Gulfstream Cessna Embraer or Bombardier required.
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Valid violation-free A&P License (required).
-
1 2 years of relevant experience in a Part 145/135 environment.
-
1 2 years of experience on Gulfstream Cessna Embraer or Bombardier aircraft (VIP jet experience also considered).

Factory or aircraft-specific training preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of maintenance reference materials (MM SRM IPC CMM etc.).
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-stress situations.
-
Strong time management organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
-
Must provide own tools.
-
Valid drivers license with no major infractions.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
