What Youll Do
- Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and present custom cabinet solutions
- Close sales and provide excellent customer service
- Build a referral-based business through strong relationships and follow-up
- Manage appointments and client communications using our CRM tools
Who Were Looking For
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
- Energetic self-motivated and coachable
- Comfortable working independently and in clients homes
- Organized and tech-savvy
- Available for evening and weekend appointments across the Greater Houston area
- Successful team members take ownership of their learning and development using available resources and training to grow their skills
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role. Your income is directly tied to your effort engagement and ability to close deals. We provide the tools training and leadsyou bring the drive.
