Thrive Law is a Leeds based award winning thought leading law firm specialising in employment law with a key focus on mental health neurodiveristy and all things ED&I. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in marketing with hands-on experience and training with a trusted brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns including social media email and digital content.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Helping to manage social media channels by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
  • Creating and editing content such as blog posts graphics and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the team with website updates and SEO optimisation.
  • Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
  • Assisting with filming and editing of videos to be used on social media.
  • Supporting with admin and marketing tasks relating to events online and in person.

Desirable skills:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with design and marketing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite HubSpot and video editing tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Creative and eager to learn.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and digital trends.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Aligns with the Thrive values of supporting people with disabilities.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week.
