What youll do

  • Perform high-endfinish carpentry & frameless cabinet installs(tight reveals clean scribes precision miters)

  • Lead a23 person crewas we hireplan the day assign mentorinspect what you expect

  • Partner early with designersto confirm specs sequence work and prevent rework

  • Owncritical path & stagingto keep momentumespecially in occupied homes

  • Document work on youriPad(plans photos punch change notes)

Must-haves

  • 7 yearsresidential carpentry withtools-on leadership

  • Expert finish skills (frameless trim scribing tight tolerances)

  • Reads plans/layout; lasers/levels; comfortable with digital documentation

  • Clear communicatorwith designers clients and teammates

  • Cleanliness and safety are non-negotiable
