LEAD CARPENTERS-

Perform high-endfinish carpentry & frameless cabinet installs(tight reveals clean scribes precision miters)
Lead a23 person crewas we hireplan the day assign mentorinspect what you expect
Partner early with designersto confirm specs sequence work and prevent rework
Owncritical path & stagingto keep momentumespecially in occupied homes
Document work on youriPad(plans photos punch change notes)
Must-haves
7 yearsresidential carpentry withtools-on leadership
Expert finish skills (frameless trim scribing tight tolerances)
Reads plans/layout; lasers/levels; comfortable with digital documentation
Clear communicatorwith designers clients and teammates
Cleanliness and safety are non-negotiable
