Join our Team as a Software Developer Team Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Hours: UK Shift
About the role:
As Software Developer Team Lead youll play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Onecloud application our customer-facing platform delivering self-serve capabilities and analytics. Youll guide a small dynamic team drive architectural decisions and champion coding standards and best practices. What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Proficient in Zero Angular HTML/CSS JavaScript and XML
- Strong knowledge framework and C#
- Experience with databases including BigQuery SQL Server and Postgres
- Skilled in integrating Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization
- Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a focus on intuitive interfaces
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across the full stack
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about continuous learning and emerging technologies
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Guide architectural decisions coding standards and best practices
- Participate in sprint planning refinement and estimation sessions
- Lead the design and development of core features and concepts
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations to translate requirements
- Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality
- Deliver regular updates on development progress and releases
- Plan and execute out-of-hours product deployments
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
- Support continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
