Role Purpose

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of the groups finance accounts statutory compliance investment accounting and MIS. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting strengthening internal controls streamlining ERPs and delivering actionable insights to support leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate books in line with Ind AS.

  • Prepare P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with timely closures.

  • Deliver MIS packs with variance analysis KPIs and dashboards.

Investment Accounting

  • Apply Ind AS 109/32/107/113 for classification valuation and reporting.

  • Handle equities ETFs mutual funds REITs/InvITs bonds NCDs CPs and F&O accounting.

  • Manage reconciliations (broker notes MTM statements DP/CAS banks).

  • Ensure makerchecker controls disclosures and accurate GL mapping.

Statutory Compliance

  • Manage MCA filings GST TDS Advance Tax and Income Tax.

  • Coordinate statutory tax and internal audits.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Track variances and implement cost optimization measures.

Payroll & Employee Accounting

  • Process payroll and statutory deductions (PF ESI PT).

  • File compliance returns for employees.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Manage vendor payments reconciliations and receivables collection.

  • Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.

Audit & Financial Control

  • Prepare audit documentation and schedules.

  • Strengthen internal controls SOPs and approval workflows.

Advisory & Systems

  • Provide insights on profitability cash flow and working capital.

  • Recommend ERP/reporting improvements (Tally/SAP/Zoho).

  • Stay updated on accounting and tax changes.

Preferred Sector Exposure

  • Real Estate: Ind AS 115 project accounting CWIP RERA basics property-related tax nuances.

  • Financial Services/NBFC: RBI compliance treasury processes and collections monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (preferred) or MBA Finance/CMA with strong accounting background.

  • Technical Skills: Tally ERP/Prime SAP or Zoho Books; Advanced Excel; BI/reporting tools a plus.

  • Knowledge: GST TDS Income Tax MCA filings Ind AS (esp. 109/32/107/113).

  • Attributes: Analytical mindset detail orientation strong ownership clear communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
