About the role
Join our Operations People and Safety division as an HR Services Officer where youll play a pivotal role in delivering high-level HR support across the organisation. This position is responsible for accurately processing a range of HR activities in line with Enterprise Agreements Employment Contracts and Government Legislation. Youll be the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries providing expert advice and assistance to employees HR Business Partners and line managers. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services through technology optimisation and process enhancement.
This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and youre passionate about delivering quality service and support. Youre confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to maintaining accurate records and data.
