About the Role
As the Member Fulfilment Officer youll support members across a range of fulfilment processing and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring member requests are completed accurately efficiently and with a strong service mindset. This is a member-facing role requiring professionalism empathy and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fulfilment activities such as account openings / updates documentation member correspondence and general enquiries.
Process transactions payments mail-outs and member instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
Perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure data integrity and correct processing.
Maintain and update member records while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with a small team to deliver seamless end-to-end member experiences.
Respond to member enquiries (phone and email) with warmth professionalism and solutions-focused communication.
Identify areas where process improvements can enhance efficiency or member satisfaction.
Previous experience in a credit union mutual bank or financial services environment is highly valued.
Experience with the Data Action (Phoenix / BankFlex) core banking system will be strongly regarded.
Strong reconciliation experience and the ability to resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.
High attention to detail excellent data entry accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
Confident communicator with proven experience in a member-facing or customer-service role with Credit Union.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team while managing your own workflow.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly.
