Are you an organised detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional member service Were recruiting for a Member Fulfilment Officer to join a highly regarded credit union in Adelaide on a temporary assignment with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.

About the Role

As the Member Fulfilment Officer youll support members across a range of fulfilment processing and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring member requests are completed accurately efficiently and with a strong service mindset. This is a member-facing role requiring professionalism empathy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fulfilment activities such as account openings / updates documentation member correspondence and general enquiries.

  • Process transactions payments mail-outs and member instructions with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure data integrity and correct processing.

  • Maintain and update member records while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with a small team to deliver seamless end-to-end member experiences.

  • Respond to member enquiries (phone and email) with warmth professionalism and solutions-focused communication.

  • Identify areas where process improvements can enhance efficiency or member satisfaction.

What Were Looking For
  • Previous experience in a credit union mutual bank or financial services environment is highly valued.

  • Experience with the Data Action (Phoenix / BankFlex) core banking system will be strongly regarded.

  • Strong reconciliation experience and the ability to resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.

  • High attention to detail excellent data entry accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Confident communicator with proven experience in a member-facing or customer-service role with Credit Union.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team while managing your own workflow.

  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly.

  • A genuine commitment to member care community values and service excellence
