Description of the role:
The Express Service Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the automotive service department. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive efficient and high-quality service in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing customer needs and scheduling service appointments
- Providing accurate service cost estimates and obtaining customer approval
- Coordinating status updates to customers
- Explaining service recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing customer payments and maintaining service records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
