Job Summary
The Holiday Inn Topeka KS(North) is seeking an experienced and dependable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent guest service especially during overnight hours.
Position: Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor
Location: Holiday Inn Topeka KS(North)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Overnight Shifts)
Provide outstanding guest service during check-in check-out and throughout their stay.
Accurately complete the nightly audit process balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
Handle guest payments billing and room assignments with accuracy.
Address guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
Communicate with housekeeping maintenance and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required.
Strong attention to detail organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with computers; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
Dependable and professional with a positive attitude.
