Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking a friendly professional and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Cashier to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to delivering a positive customer experience by handling front desk operations cashier duties and administrative support in a fast-paced dealership environment.
This is a full-time in-person position with competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Duties-
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

Answer incoming phone calls take messages and route calls to the appropriate department

Perform cashier duties including processing payments accurately

Provide general administrative and clerical support
-
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
-
File and maintain documents records and reports
-
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
-
Transcribe notes and meeting minutes as needed
-
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer inquiries or concerns

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous front desk cashier or customer service experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid Drivers License required

Experience in a medical office or project coordination is a plus
Pay Rate: $14.00 $18.00 per hour based on experience
