Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to serve a diverse infrastructure environment. The role spans Windows systems and Nutanix virtualization with Citrix VDI brokering. The successful candidate will provide direct support and ensure reliable delivery of IT services in a fast-paced complex environment.
- Support configure and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Windows Server environments (AD Group Policy file/print services etc.).
- Administer and optimize Nutanix clusters.
- Install terminate label and test fiber and twisted-pair cabling with adherence to TIA/EIA standards.
- Troubleshoot complex system and virtualization issues independently and collaboratively.
- Function as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices company and agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with network security and other teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans system configurations and operational processes and procedures.
