Your Mission
As a Customer Service Specialist youll be the voice of the brand for French-speaking customers helping them with inquiries orders and support ensuring a smooth efficient and positive experience with every interaction. Youll handle communication via phone email or chat delivering a service that reflects our dedication to quality.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email phone or chat
Provide technical and order-related support regarding automotive parts
Assist with order tracking returns and after-sales queries
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality metrics
Represent the brand with a professional helpful and solution-driven attitude
What Were Looking For
Working Schedule
Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 18:00 (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: Always Sunday 1 Rotative Day
