We are currently in the search of a HR people services french speaker to join our offices in Porto.

ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European this context we are looking for a HR people services french speaker.

Reporting locally to the HR service support team leader the candidate will have strong relationship HRBPs located in France.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and update employee records including personal and employment information in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Oversee the record-keeping process to ensure accuracy completeness and confidentiality of HR documents
Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires including paperwork orientation and training arrangements
Process employee terminations and handle necessary off-boarding paperwork
Assist employees with benefits enrolment changes and inquiries
Track and monitor employee attendance leaves and time-off requests
Administer leave policies and assist employees with leave-related inquiries
Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance
Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required
Communicate HR policies procedures and updates to employees
Help create and distribute HR-related communications
Participate in HR projects such as HR system implementation or process improvement initiatives.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

A good level of French (B2) and English are mandatory
Bachelors degree
A first experience in HR administrative roles with a focus on HR Operations is appreciated
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience with SAP and Service Now appreciated
Strong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
