This role involves executive-level talent sourcing candidate engagement and ensuring seamless recruitment delivery while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and niche roles.
Source candidates via job portals LinkedIn referrals and networks.
Maintain and update ATS records and dashboards.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews documentation and onboarding.
Represent the company brand while engaging with candidates.
Support special hiring projects within defined SLAs and quality standards.
BBA/MBA in HR (or related field).
2 to 4 years recruitment experience (Executive Search/HR Outsourcing/Tech preferred).
Proficient in ATS HRMS/ERP tools job portals and MS Office.
Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills.
