Responsibilities

Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with SRE candidates.
Assess knowledge in Linux cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Kubernetes CI/CD monitoring and scripting.
Evaluate problem-solving and incident response skills.
Provide objective feedback to the recruitment team.

Requirements

Solid hands-on background in SRE/DevOps/Systems Engineering.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and distributed systems.
Ability to evaluate coding skills (Python Go or similar).
Previous interview or mentoring experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and fairness in assessments.
