The Role

Were looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social content. This is not about just posting but its about shaping our voice building an audience and making our brand stand out in a very traditional sector.

Youll be responsible for creating engaging entertaining and relevant content (mainly LinkedIn and Instagram) that translates our vision into something people want to follow share and talk about.

Tasks

Develop and execute content strategies that grow our audience.
Create and repurpose content across different formats (short video carousels infographics stories posts).
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to bring our brand vision to life through social.
Track performance test new formats and continuously refine content to maximize impact.
Stay ahead of social media trends and bring creative ideas to the table.

Requirements

Youre native to social media: you understand what works on LinkedIn and Instagram and you know how to adapt content to each platform.
Youre bilingual in English and German able to create and adapt content fluently in both languages.
You bring some familiarity with (or curiosity to learn about) the logistics space.
Youre creative self-driven and enjoy experimenting with new content formats.
Youre detail-oriented but also fast-moving you know how to ship content that feels alive and relevant.
