What Youll Do
Help customers restaurant owners and couriers with order issues (cancellationsmodifications refunds).
Support restaurant partners with:
o Account and payment questions.
o Campaign details and promotions.
o Resolving incomplete or delayed orders.
o Courier-related concerns.
o Requests for branded Uber materials (bags stickers etc.).
Communicate via inbound calls and email.
Use systems and tools provided (training included).

Salary Package
Net Salary: 33000 TL
Bonuses:
o Fixed 5000 TL night & attendance bonus (first 2 months).
o After 2 months: 10 night shifts/month 5000 TL 5000 TL attendance
bonus.
o Quality bonus: up to 10%.
Work Schedule
Shifts are announced weekly.
Summer Shifts: 10:0019:00 / 17:0002:00
Winter Shifts: 11:0020:00 / 18:0003:00
Late-night shifts: 510 per month.
Daily break: 75 minutes
Weekly days off: 2 (rotating)
Training
4 weeks (2 weeks training 2 weeks nesting).
Online via Zoom 09:0018:00.
Paid training with full support!
Requirements
German: Native level
English: Minimum B1
Ability to work remotely in Turkey.
