About the Role
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative youll handle and resolve inquiries related to order cancellations changes and refunds made through the our platform.
Youll communicate with restaurant partners couriers and customers ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all.
Most interactions are handled in Dutch via inbound calls and emails. English is used mainly for internal tools and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partners
- Resolve issues such as:
- Missing or delayed deliveries
- Courier not arriving or delivering an order
- Questions about bank details statements or promotional campaigns
- Requests for Uber materials (bags stickers etc.)
- Deliver clear empathetic and solution-oriented communication
Requirements
- Dutch: Native or C1 level
- English: Minimum B1 (for internal tools and training)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital work environment
Work Setup
- Location: Remote Work from anywhere in Türkiye
- Channels: Inbound Calls & Email Support
- Equipment & Training: Provided (training via Zoom)
