Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets for German-speaking customers
  • Resolve technical and administrative inquiries
  • Document all cases accurately
  • Ensure timely ticket resolution based on SLAs
  • Collaborate with field teams when escalation is required
  • Apply internal workflows and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1)
  • English B1/B2
  • Previous experience in customer support back office or ticketing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely from Turkey
  • Problem-solving mindset

Salary & Benefits

  • Net Salary: 30000 TL
  • Performance Bonus: up to 8750 TL
  • Ticket-Based Bonus
  • Typical total additional earnings: 10000/20000 TL per month
