Responsibilities

Manage support tickets for German-speaking customers
Resolve technical and administrative inquiries
Document all cases accurately
Ensure timely ticket resolution based on SLAs
Collaborate with field teams when escalation is required
Apply internal workflows and KPIs

Requirements

Fluent German (C1)
English B1/B2
Previous experience in customer support back office or ticketing
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work remotely from Turkey
Problem-solving mindset

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: 30000 TL
Performance Bonus: up to 8750 TL
Ticket-Based Bonus
Typical total additional earnings: 10000/20000 TL per month
