The Opportunity

Werelooking for a drivenAccountCoordinatorto join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inHobartby delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this roleyoullwork closely with the broader sales team and willreport directly to the Sales Manager inHobart.Youlljoin a dynamic environment whereyoullinteract with key clients and stakeholders supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Whatyoulldo:

Processing and managing advertising bookings.
Assistingin the preparation of advertising proposals.
Accuratelymaintainingclient and revenue records.
Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
Providing administrative support to the Sales team.

Whatyoullbring:

You are an organised detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and who is ready to grow a career in have:

Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales customer service hospitality marketing etc).
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel and strong data entry skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
