Job Responsibilities:
Supervises and guides a compact team of skilled direct reports ensuring their productivity and effectiveness in executing tasks with precision and efficiency.
Develops comprehensive financial forecasts and annual operating plans to strategically guide financial decisions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Maximizes manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity equipment utilization cost of non-quality and overall efficiency thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining production processes.
Provides thorough and ongoing training to operators in production processes and Health & Safety protocols prioritizing their competence and safety while executing tasks.
Ensures strict adherence to specifications and requirements in work instructions and tools utilized throughout the production process maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Actively implements Lean project methodologies and facilitates the seamless integration of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to streamline operations drive efficiency and foster continuous improvement.
Takes charge of preparing and implementing manufacturing production processes meticulously ensuring the delivery of safe compliant and high-quality products and services to customers.
Innovates and identifies novel methods to optimize workflow fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving efficiency and excellence in production operations.
Guides and mentors the team actively contributing to employee selection performance management compensation management career development and overseeing operational processes.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelors Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical Industrial Electrical Electronic Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Management Production Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelors Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
