Job Summary
The Trust & Safety Regulatory Compliance role is a key position within our business and tech function dedicated to delivering exceptional and inspiring experiences for Zalandos customers. As a pioneering member of Trust & Safety at Zalando youll play a pivotal role as we scale user- and creator-generated content ensuring we protect users meet regulatory standards and uphold Zalandos reputation and public trust. We seek a strategic individual with a passion for safety adept at navigating complex fast-paced environments. With your expertise in regulatory compliance risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration you will significantly advance Zalandos commitment to creating a safe and trustworthy experience for millions of users across 25 European markets.

Draft key transparency and regulatory reports such as Zalandos DSA Transparency Report. Organising and compiling effective documentation and governance for regulatory compliance. Drive the development of scalable processes policies and training to ensure consistent and efficient regulatory compliance. Partner across the Zalando business to ensure effective regulatory compliance. You have 5 Years of experience in a relevant field e.g. Trust and Safety or Compliance. You have proven experience in process ownership or management with a track record of initiating and implementing tech and/or regulatory projects. You have experience in providing data-driven reports to leadership highlighting key metrics flagging potential issues and risks and informing strategic decisions. You have knowledge and understanding of the European regulatory landscape with a particular focus on tech regulation. You have experience in change management and in driving compliance initiatives.
