岗位培训
1. 积极参与公司提供的维保销售相关知识技巧和实践培训
2. 接受上级及带教师傅指导学习掌握日常销售实操流程和方法
负责客户关系管理
1. 在所负责区域内积极维护和创建客户关系以发展通力市场地位
2. 为通力销售团队 (如:交叉销售) 赢取和沟通销售机会
3. 与通力其他团队(如工地)一起确保客户满意度并解决客户投诉以及配件协调
4. 管理客户资料和联系信息维护客户数据及时更新CRM并使用CRM计划和跟踪销售活动
负责辖区维保销售业务
1. 全程积极主动跟进免保转签维保合同续签和市场获得机会以拓展现有维保业务和利润
2. 负责通过维保合同客户需求挖掘方案报价合同谈判合同签订等销售全过程以实现销售结果
3. 进行市场分析与销售目标分解通过销售活动并监测改进以最终达成销售目标
4. 协助或执行应收账款要求并预测应收帐款
其他
1. 使用公司提供的系统工具提供客户服务方案报价及合同
2. 负责销售活动相关工作如招投标投标报名制作标书
3. 积极参加业务相关培训以及回顾会议并及时准确报告销售活动进展
岗位要求
1. 具有从事销售工作的热情乐于接受挑战具备一定抗压抗挫能力
2. 有校内活动社会实践经历或销售实习经历的2026届应届生优先如有特殊优秀的1年内工作经验的往届生可放宽要求本科学历全日制本科机械电气市场营销及经济类相关专业优先
3. 应届生能够进行实习至少2个月的生源优先
