About This Role
AI Journey is a strategic bet for Gorgias. Were looking for a product leader who can act like a founder.
Youll join a high-impact environment where ownership is deep expectations are high and speed is critical. Your job is to build iterate and own one of our most strategic AI-powered initiatives.

AI Journey is our flagship product initiative to reinvent how brands grow not with generic one-way marketing blasts but through personalized two-way conversations. Its about creating better experiences for buyers and driving measurable business results for merchants.
Working Conditions & Expectations
This role is based in New York.
A high degree of autonomy and ownership is expected. You will drive vision execution and cross-functional alignment end to end.
This role is designed for a founder-type product builder someone who thrives in unstructured environments and introduces structure as needed.
What Youll Do
Partner closely with Engineering Design Marketing Sales and Success to deliver impact across teams.
Talk to customers: validate hypotheses iterate quickly based on feedback and drive product-market fit.
Build and scale one of our most strategic AI-powered initiatives.
Who You Are
A founder-style builder who loves ownership speed and iteration.
Strong product instincts with a sharp eye for what matters (and what doesnt).
Comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholders.
Naturally customer-facing thriving in conversations with users.
Able to balance short-term speed with long-term product thinking.
Experienced in working with AI technologies such as LLMs agents and prompt workflows.
Ideal Profile
Experience with DTC marketing automation or AI-driven marketing tools.
Hands-on involvement in early-stage product development or startups.
Technical curiosity or depth around AI/ML prompt engineering or automation.
Proven ability to ship products quickly and iterate based on signal.
Comfortable operating without a safety net and building the playbook as you go.
