Job description
Swan is looking for a Demand Generation expert to help us scale across Europe. Youll focus on driving measurable growth through high-impact campaigns for enterprise clients leveraging best-in-class playbooks while staying deeply connected to our product and tech stack. This is more than a growth role its about building a system that captures educates and converts enterprise demand while paving the way for a scalable growth engine.
Main tasks
- Team Management: Lead our Demand Generation team taking full responsibility for team performance engagement and development
- Orchestrate ABM campaigns: Run targeted B2B marketing campaigns: Build and manage marketing campaigns that focus on high-value business customers. Work closely with the Sales team to create and update lists of target companies using data insights to reach the right prospects at the right time. Support marketing efforts around industry events and conferences to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
- Playbook Development: Create repeatable scalable frameworks for account-based marketing (ABM) lead nurturing and sales enablement for enterprise clients.
- Paid & Owned Media: Run paid search paid social and other digital acquisition channels with measurable MQL/SQL targets.
- Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze the user journey optimize conversion funnels and coordinate content and automation to drive engagement and retention.
- Data-Driven Growth: Use BI tools and CRM data to track performance identify gaps and iterate strategies quickly.

Preferred experience
Youre a great match if:
- 5/7 years of hands-on experience in B2B growth ideally focused on enterprise accounts and demand generation.
- Proven experience running targeted marketing programs across multiple channels - including online ads LinkedIn Reddit digital billboards corporate gifts and other platforms - with a track record of generating measurable sales results.
- Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social campaigns with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong technical literacy: marketing automation CRM BI tools data enrichment tagging and workflow automation. HubSpot N8N experience is a plus.
- Data analysis proficient with the ability to turn insights into growth opportunities. Comfortable working with numbers and metrics - skilled at tracking how leads move through the sales process finding ways to improve results and using performance data to make campaigns more effective and show clear return on investment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with sales product and marketing teams. You communicate clearly and proactively coordinate with internal teams and external partners and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
