Position: Team Lead – BIU (Business Intelligence Unit)
Location: Noida
Experience Required: 7–10 Years in BI/MIS/Analytics (preferably BFSI domain)
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – BIU to head our Business Reporting team. The role requires expertise in MIS dashboards reporting automation and data management along with the ability to collaborate with business and product teams to deliver data-driven business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop insightful business reports/dashboards using BI tools for performance monitoring.
Design & deliver management-level MIS to review product sales and resource-level achievements.
Lead report automation and create a reporting data mart for smart solutions.
Collaborate with product & business sales teams to align on reporting goals.
Provide timely resolution of RM queries related to sourcing & business performance.
Role Proficiencies:
Expertise in data synthesis MIS dashboards and insight generation.
Strong knowledge of data management principles including quality governance and access technologies.
Experience in data warehouse & data mart design dimensional modeling and data architecture.
Proficiency in Python Tableau Power BI SAS VA/VIYA.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for data management (preferred).
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
A result-oriented proactive and execution-focused approach.
