Key Responsibilities:

• Represent landlords in eviction and landlord-tenant litigation including unlawful detainer cases
• Provide legal counsel on lease agreements business formations and other transactional matters
• Work with state and federal landlord-tenant and foreclosure statutes
• Maintain direct client contact and manage your own caseload
• Optional: Handle lender defense or real estate litigation as part of your docket

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in landlord-tenant and eviction law
• Familiarity with transactional work (leases contracts entity formation)
• Comfortable with litigation from intake through trial
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary Range: $175000 - $225000
