Location: 7925 W Layton AveGreenfield WISalary 50000/year monthly bonus up to 56000/year benefits

We are seekinganAssistant General Manager (AGM)for ourGreenfield store.This is not a traditional AGM rolethis is an elevated leadership opportunitydesigned for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
As theAGM youllserve as theoperational leader on-site in the absence of the GM whospends 5060% of their time in the field supporting enterprise-wideinitiatives. Youll supervise a team of 1215 and will be responsible forensuring the store achieves operational excellence delivers a world-classcustomer experience and runs seamlessly even without constant GM oversight.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 1215 hourly team members
- Provide consistent hands-on leadership over a 45-hour work week (including one open one close one weekend day) ensuring the store operates at peak readiness
- Manage daily store operations including food safety cash handling and service standards
- Schedule team members and assign shift leadership (MODs)
- Conduct inventories and oversee labor alignment to plan
- Coach and develop team members for growth and advancement
- Drive customer loyalty speed of service and hospitality standards
- Own key performance metrics including operational audits guest satisfaction and cost controls
- Serve as the acting MOD when needed ensuring smooth shift transitions and accurate reporting
