JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our expanding
Sales Organization. The Marketing and Sales Support Associate will work with the Marketing and
Sales Support team, assisting with marketing tactics, social media, event planning and sales support
activities throughout the year.

• Assist with planning, implementing and monitoring the company?s social media strategy
• Assist in the distribution of marketing materials and customer communication mailers
• Support planning, organizing and managing internal and external events
• Work with Sales Reps to help maintain and report on business planning
• Provide timely, efficient consultation to sales force and customers for questions related to marketing programs and events
• Work with vendors to help procure sales and marketing-related materials and office supplies
• Provide administrative support to marketing team and leadership team
• Undertake multiple assignments and projects as assigned

Work Schedule:
20-30 hours per week 3-4 days per week)
