Job Summary

Location: Dorchester Dorset
Contract Type: Temporary Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Up to 35.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Style: Hybrid (Office-based at County Hall Dorchester with remote working options)

Tasks

Full-time Occupational Therapist needed for expanding Home First OT Team

Support with hospital discharges reablement and active recovery

Work closely with health and community partners

Part of the wider Home First Social Care Team

Cover all areas across Dorset travel required

Base: County Hall Dorchester

Hybrid working available (office work from home)

Build collaborative relationships to improve care outcomes

Requirements

Enhanced Adults DBS (we can assist with obtaining this)

Eligibility to work in the UK

Registered with SWE (Social Work England) / HCPC

Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Minimum of 3 years post-qualified UK experience

Access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel

Solid knowledge of theoretical frameworks practice models and human development theories

No sponsorship
