Summary:
This interim position is designed to provide coverage for our Independent Living Service (ILS) while managing the Community OT (locality) functions including the blue badge program. A key focus of this role is to drive service improvement and implement recommendations from a recent service review. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Councils objectives by delivering high-quality services and contributing to community-benefiting projects. This involves cross-departmental collaboration stakeholder engagement and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires initiative independence and adherence to our values of integrity respect and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Independent Living Service (ILS) and Community OT (locality) functions.
