St Elizabeth Care Agency rated Outstanding by the CQC is looking for a Client Service Coordinator (Female*) to join our caring and supportive team. We provide tailor-made services to clients aged 18 who need support living independently at home. All profits go to the hospice supporting people with progressive illnesses.
About the role
As a Client Service Coordinator you will work collaboratively with the Care Agency office team in the ongoing development of new and current client services. You will provide direct care and support for clients and ensure the Care Planning system is up to date and accurate with client and worker information. The role includes working alternate weekends and providing on call support.

We welcome applications from those with experience in roles such as Team Leader Senior Carer Care Supervisor Field Care Supervisor Lead Carer Domiciliary Care Supervisor Care Coordinator Home Care Team Leader Community Care Supervisor Care Manager (Entry-Level) Senior Support Worker Residential Team Leader or similar health and social care roles.
