We are seeking experienced professionals at the Manager Senior Manager and Director levels to provide end-to-end transaction diligence services before during and after the deal. Overview
As part of our Transaction Services team you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on critical financial and operational aspects of mergers acquisitions and disposals. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporate executives private equity investors and high-growth companies to deliver actionable insights and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and disposals.
- Analyse financial and operational results of target businesses through accounting reviews management interviews and data analysis.
- Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to identify key issues impacting deal structure valuation and negotiation.
- Manage project workflows ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives including proposal writing client relationship management and demonstrating sector-specific expertise.
- For Director-level roles: Provide strategic leadership manage complex engagements and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business.
- CA qualification (or international equivalent).
- Proven experience in transaction diligence M&A external audit or restructuring.
- Strong analytical skills commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- For Director-level candidates: Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and developing client portfolios.
Day-to-Day
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the performance and potential risks of target businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive due diligence reports.
- Engage with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored advice.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
