Job Description

As Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the hotel. From managing daily operations to delivering strategic insights your work will ensure precision compliance and excellence in all financial functions. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes including invoicing and payment processing.
Manage daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closings.
Support cost control and revenue optimization initiatives.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
Prepare and maintain financial records including cash flows forecast statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Radisson Hotel Group standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within the hospitality industry or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of local tax laws and international accounting standards.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
