About the Role

We are hiring a Construction Service Coordinator to join our client s trash recycling and fencing division supporting commercial construction projects across the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment values dependability and enjoys both office coordination and on-site fieldwork.

The Service Coordinator will manage daily operations including scheduling dumpster swaps recycling pickups and fence crews while also preparing accurate estimates for upcoming projects. This position offers a clear career path with high-performing candidates eligible for promotion to Service Manager within 1 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service requests including dumpster swaps recycling pickups fence installations and repairs.
Conduct site visits and prepare accurate preconstruction estimates quotes and bids.
Communicate with clients drivers and crews to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Hold teams accountable for safety punctuality and performance standards.
Respond quickly to urgent service issues (e.g. damaged fencing overloaded dumpsters).
Maintain daily reports records and schedules using CRM and digital tools.
Support operational efficiency by problem-solving field challenges and reallocating resources.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no relocation; must be local to DFW).
Prior experience in commercial construction (trash recycling fencing demolition or related fields).
Strong knowledge of construction job site logistics.
Clean driving record; must pass background check and drug test.
Reliable dependable and consistent strong attendance required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
Tech-savvy with scheduling reporting and CRM tools (training provided).
Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.
