Job Description
Job Title: Audio/Visual Engineer (Polycom Experience)
- Set up operate and maintain AV systems including Polycom endpoints video conferencing bridges and control systems.
- Provide live event support for meetings webinars and hybrid conferences.
- Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and provide technical support to end-users.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless AV integration.
- Maintain documentation for AV systems configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal AV and IT security standards.
- 5 years of experience in AV engineering with specific expertise in Polycom systems (RealPresence Group Series etc.).
- Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g. Crestron Extron).
- Experience supporting AV in government or large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of video conferencing protocols (H.323 SIP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
