Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Engineer to support AV operations for my healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Polycom video conferencing systems and a strong background in configuring maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems in a federal or enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up operate and maintain AV systems including Polycom endpoints video conferencing bridges and control systems.
Provide live event support for meetings webinars and hybrid conferences.
Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and provide technical support to end-users.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless AV integration.
Maintain documentation for AV systems configurations and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal AV and IT security standards.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience in AV engineering with specific expertise in Polycom systems (RealPresence Group Series etc.).
Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g. Crestron Extron).
Experience supporting AV in government or large enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of video conferencing protocols (H.323 SIP).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
