Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of machines adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine design and functionality based on field observations and client feedback.
Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each service visit maintaining accurate records for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and support.
Willingness to travel extensively to client locations as required.
