Job Description
ART Computer is the only Apple Premium Reseller in French speaking Switzerland since 1992. Our B2B team and our stores in Zürich Geneva Lausanne Lugano Martigny and Fribourg allow us to be the leader since many years in Apple technologies for enterprise and education. For our IT team we are looking for a Junior Systems and Network Engineer.
About you
As a representative of ART Computer to our B2B B2C and Education customers you will be an ambassador the brand.
Passionate about IT and technology in general you like to be part of a team to participate in the growth of the Engineering department you have a good knowledge in our products and services. You know how to design and implement solutions in the Apple ecosystem to help our customers in their Digital Transformation. Your excellent knowledge of network and security solutions allows you to advise and refer our clients to the most appropriate solution for their infrastructure.
You build interest around Apple products and the ecosystem by creating a premium usage experience because you effectively communicate your knowledge and passion for our universe. Your mission is to accompany our customers with care interest and application in the implementation of their projects.
Tasks
- Analyze customer needs and design a project for a successful digital transformation;
- Install configure and maintain the network infrastructure of our customers;
- Implementation and maintenance of servers and device management solutions (MDM);
- Deployment of computers and mobile devices (iOS macOS etc.);
- Remote and on-site management of our customers infrastructures;
- Design and perform tailor-made trainings;
- Write internal documentations and provide technical documents to customers;
Requirements
- German as mother tongue
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Ability to get a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident)
- Two to five years of significant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of macOS and iOS;
- Expert knowledge of business infrastructures (network technologies and concepts);
- Good knowledge of MDM solutions (Jamf FileWave Meraki Systems Manager etc.);
- Knowledge in other important technologies (VoIP Azure Office365 etc.) is an asset;
- The will to provide the best quality of work to bring a premium service to our customers;
- Serious organized and autonomous;
- Curious in nature you constantly want to learn and be aware of the daily news in the Apple ecosystem
